Terms of Use

The Wyrmlands (Wyrmgate) project, wyrmgate.gg website. Effective date: June 30, 2026.

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the administration of The Wyrmlands project (the "Project", "we") and the user (the "you") in connection with the use of the website wyrmgate.gg and the online game The Wyrmlands. By using the Site or the Project, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Site or the Project.

2. Description of the Service

The Project is a browser-based turn-based role-playing game currently in closed alpha testing. Participation in the alpha test is free of charge. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; functionality, content, and availability may change during development.

3. Access and Account

Sign-up for the alpha test is done via Google Sign-In or by providing an email address. Invitations to participate are sent in limited waves in order of sign-up. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to grant, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Project, including in the event of a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and email.

4. Rules of Use

By using the Site and the Project, you agree not to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of third parties;
• interfere with the normal operation of the Site and the Project, create excessive load, or attempt unauthorized access;
• use automated tools (bots, scripts), vulnerabilities, or bugs in the game to gain an advantage;
• insult other users or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Violation of these rules may result in the restriction or termination of access without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials of the Project — source code, graphics, text, design, the game world, and its original setting — belong to the Project and/or its rights holders and are protected by law. Copying, distributing, or using these materials without written permission is prohibited, except in cases expressly permitted by law.

6. Game Progress and Virtual Items

Since the Project is in alpha testing, game progress, characters, and virtual items may be changed, reset, or deleted at any time. Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value, are not the user's property, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or the preservation of data during the alpha testing period. Technical failures, downtime, and loss of game progress are possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Project is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or other harm arising from the use or inability to use the Site and the Project.

9. Changes to the Terms and Termination

We reserve the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available at https://wyrmgate.gg/terms.en.html. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise provided by the mandatory rules of applicable law.
